DESCRIPTION:Join us this Lent as we enter into the Passion Story of Christ in a very meaningful way.\nRather than reading the entire Passion Story on Palm Sunday\, this year we are reading\nthe parts of the Passion Story each week. They may not always be read in sequence\,\nbut together with beautiful music from the Whispers of the Passion cantata\, the choir\nand the liturgy will create an experiential unfolding of the passion story. Each week we\nwill highlight a different symbol in the Passion Story. Don’t miss this opportunity to draw\ncloser to Christ this Lent.

SUMMARY:Palm/Passion Sunday
DESCRIPTION:On this Palm/Passion Sunday\, we go back in the passion story of Jesus to the beginning when He heads into Jerusalem. Although the crowds greet Him as royalty shouting Hosanna\, He knows what suffering lies ahead. We too begin our worship with shouts and songs of Hosanna and then prepare for the most sacred week in the Church year – Holy Week. The artistic element this week revolves around the walls of Jerusalem and the palms. The special musical selection by the choir is entitled “Whisper of the Palms.” \nWe invite you to join us for worship on this Palm/Passion Sunday and to join in the procession of palms as we prepare to journey into Holy Week.
