DESCRIPTION:Join us this Lent as we enter into the Passion Story of Christ in a very meaningful way.\nRather than reading the entire Passion Story on Palm Sunday\, this year we are reading\nthe parts of the Passion Story each week. They may not always be read in sequence\,\nbut together with beautiful music from the Whispers of the Passion cantata\, the choir\nand the liturgy will create an experiential unfolding of the passion story. Each week we\nwill highlight a different symbol in the Passion Story. Don’t miss this opportunity to draw\ncloser to Christ this Lent.

DESCRIPTION:This week the passion story continues with Jesus being questioned by Pilate\, condemned to death while a murder is set free\, mocked and ridiculed\, and put to shame.  The crowds turned on him listening to lies. It happens even today. The artistic element this week focuses on “the robe” that was put on Jesus when they mocked him. The choir will sing a moving piece called “Redeemer of My Heart.” We invite you to join us for worship on this Third Sunday in Lent as we are drawn deeper into the Passion Story.
