DESCRIPTION:It’s an age-old question: Why is there evil in the world? In Sunday's gospel of the parable of the\nwheat and the weeds\, Jesus suggests that both grow together until the harvest. Having both\nweeds and wheat within us\, we humbly place our hope in the promises of God\, and from the\nLord’s table\, we go forth to bear the fruit of justice and mercy.\nWe invite you to come and worship with us this Sunday for a special combined worship service\nat 10:00 am between First Presbyterian and Zion Episcopal churches as we are fed by God’s Word\nto shine like the sun in God’s service.\nFollowing the service\, all are invited to an ice cream social to celebrate!
